Kiz Anima believes that food, movement, music and inner voice are the main factors of our well-being. We believe that being well is a day to day activity and it requires day to day actions.

Our workshops are aiming to bring well-being into your life through music, movement, positive affirmations, stimulation of the 5 senses, self expression and self reflection. Our workshops are thematic workshops and are carefully created by our team of experts in psychology,  dancing therapies, TAO-ism, Vital Development (r), Reiki, Shamanism, Neurology, NLP and more.
